MI-NY’s Peel-Off Lacs are innovative and convenient types of gel polishes that are easy to apply and even easier to remove. These nail lacquers ensure a hassle-free manicure with a one-step peel-off removal. The process is gentle and the lacquers don’t contain or require the use of abrasive chemicals or nail polish removers.

After placing an order, you can expect to receive your product in 1 to 4 days.

To celebrate the launch of our new website, we offer free shipping for all orders.

After finding something you fancy, add the product to your cart. When you’re done shopping, go to your cart, review your order, and click “Checkout”. You will be redirected to a separate page and asked to fill in your information and choose your preferred payment method. Then, place your order and wait for an order confirmation and an invoice to arrive in your inbox.

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time. You can either call customer service at +41 71 227 76 90 or send a message to order@sterlingmakeup.com.

If there is a valid reason, you can return a product up to 30 days after purchasing and opening and receive a refund. Please contact +41 71 227 76 90 or send a message to order@sterlingmakeup.com for assistance.

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.

We accept payments with PayPal, Stripe, and Klarna.

The MI-NY Peel Off Lac is easy to apply and only slightly differs from regular nail polish applications. What you need to do is:

  1. Mattify your nails with a buffer
  2. Degrease the nail place with a nail cleaner 
  3. Apply a thin layer of the lac 
  4. Dry with a UV 120’’/LED 60’’
  5. Apply a second thin coat 
  6. Dry once again

The MI-NY Peel Off Lac is a peelable nail polish. Follow these steps to remove it:

  1. Dip your fingers into warm water 
  2. Take an orangewood stick 
  3. Loosen the edges of the polish 
  4. Peel it off completely 
  5. Moisturise your nails and cuticles

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
